Lightbulb 2003 TJ Death Wobble

Heya heya!

A few days ago I rotated the tires on my 2003 Wrangler TJ, then promptly experienced death wobble at about 55 at 1500 RPM while traveling home along the interstate. The next day I had the tires rebalanced which stopped the death wobble. However, the steering still feels a bit off at 55 and 1500 RPM's, leaving me to believe that the tires where the catalyst and not the underlying problem.

Since I don't particularly want a repeat of that experience, I want to start shore up anything that could be causing this. Though I'm going to be researching this myself, I thought I would try asking the question: "What should I look at as the cause?" Assuming that I simply want to replace these pieces (so long as I can afford it) to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Any info is appreciated.

Track bar: Make sure it is tight and that the hole in either mount is not wallowed out.
Tie rods: Could have a bit too much play in one or more of the tie rods, when is the last time they were changed? Original? lol

I would crawl underneath and have someone rotate the steering wheel back and forth slowly while you look for things that move more than they should. Check your ball joints and hubs while you are there as well.

There may also be slop in the steering box, some of this can be taken out by adjusting the allen head bolt/nut on the top of the box in small increments.
